The Beaker Burial
Beaker People, came from the continent and gradually spread into Britain, replacing Stone Age people. Their graves are widely scattered across Herefordshire. The skeleton in the museum was found by a digger driver at a gravel pit at Aymestrey in 1987.

A few years ago, the Museum was visited by Anne Lindsay, from Dumfries in Scotland. She has given us a large collection of items related to the wedding of Ernest Edward Price & Madeline Sheila Luther
A Creative Museum
Leominster Museum was one of six small museums from across England which were selected to join Creative Museums, an eighteen-month programme of experimentation from 2015 to 2017.
